Yes! All custom shirts, hoodies, hats, tumblers, and other products are printed in-house at Sam’s Mercantile. This ensures consistent quality, fast turnaround, and personal care on every order. 

We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, and PDF files. High-resolution images (300 DPI) work best for crisp, clean prints.

If you’re unsure whether your image will work, just upload what you have and we’ll take a look and reach out if anything needs adjusting.

No problem! You can describe your idea in the text box during checkout, and we’ll help create the perfect layout or design for your product. 

Most custom items are produced and ready to ship within 3–5 business days. Larger or complex orders may take a bit longer, but we’ll always keep you updated. 

In many cases, yes. If your order requires layout changes or clarification, we’ll send a mockup for approval before printing.

Simple uploads with clear artwork may go straight into production to keep turnaround fast.

Because each custom item is made specifically for you, custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

However — if there is any issue with print quality or the item arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We stand behind our work and will make it right.

If the mistake is on our end (printing error, wrong size, incorrect color, etc.), we’ll replace it.
If the mistake was in the uploaded artwork, we’ll do our best to catch it, but we recommend double-checking your file before ordering. 

Absolutely! We can handle team apparel, small business merch, branding apparel, and event orders. A 10% discount is automatically applied at checkout for quantity of 12 or more.

Nope! Order a single item or place a large batch; it’s completely up to you. 

We use high-quality inks and printing methods that hold up through repeated washing. Follow the care instructions included with your order to keep everything looking sharp.
